Occupational Health Care Act

Cooperation, prevention and the support of the maintenance of work capacity are key themes in the new Occupational Health Care Act that came into force in 2002. Employers, employees and occupational health care professionals must work together to promote health, occupational safety, work community activities and the work capacity of employees of all ages.

The measures and goals of the TrimMare project comply with the new Act, which was one key reason for launching the project.
