What can I do?
If you want to stay in good trim, take good care of your health. Exercise at sea and on land. Eat healthily. Stop smoking for health reasons. Consume alcohol in reasonable amounts.

Good trim also refers to emotional well-being. You are in good emotional shape when you are in balance with yourself and able to talk about your problems.  You support your colleagues and receive support from them. You enjoy your work, and feel that you are competent and appreciated.

You know you sometimes face difficulties and crises at work or in your personal life but you can resolve them openly and honestly.

A person in good trim is aware of the risks threatening his or her health and acts consciously to eliminate those risks or reduce impairments. He or she understands that a lot can be achieved through adjustments at work and rehabilitation.
