The part-time pension amount is half of the difference between your stabilised earnings for full-time employment and the salary for your part-time work.
Stabilised earnings for full-time employment refer to your average salary for the five calendar years preceding the start of part-time pension. Calculating the salary takes into consideration all earnings in line with earnings-related pension legislation.
However, your part-time pension may amount to no more than 75 % of the earnings-based pension you have accrued by the time you start your part-time pension.
For instance, if your stabilised earnings for full-time employment amount to 3,000 euros per month and you transfer to part-time work where your monthly salary, including all allowances, comes to 1,550 euros, your part-time pension will be half of the difference, i.e. 725 euros per month.
