Why have I not received a pension record?
There may be several reasons why you do not receive a record:
- Records are sent to your registered address. Is your address correct and up to date?
- You have only worked for an employer in the public sector (State, municipality, Church) and you have never been self-employed, an agricultural entrepreneur or worked for a private sector employer
- You live abroad. Records are sent only to people living in Finland.
- You have applied for a pension and your application is being processed.
- You are already on a private sector pension due to sickness, unemployment or because of your age. You do receive a record if you are a part-time pensioner.
