We send you your pension record for you to check the information and to correct any possible deficient or erroneous information. It is important that your information is accurate when the time comes for you to retire.
 
Check your employment history in the record and fill in any possible missing information. Send the corrected information to the Seafarer’s Pension Fund. If the information is correct, you do not need to do anything.

It is especially important to check the oldest information as soon as possible because information gradually becomes out of date. The pension provider checks your information that is less than 10 years old. With regard to information more than 10 years old, you must send written proof of an employment contract and the amount of salary.
