This section tells you, the recipient of a seafarer’s pension, about your rights and obligations. By far your most important right is receiving your pension on the specified payment date. A lesser right is the pensioner’s card that entitles you to discounts.

Obligations relate to engaging in gainful employment while drawing a pension. In certain instances, earnings affect pension amount and entitlement to a pension. You are also obliged to notify us of certain changes in life situations.
 
You can check and if necessary update your personal and address information on the Seafarer’s Pension Fund LOKI online service (available in Finnish) as well as your account information on the Seafarer’s Pension Fund register and print out a certificate of the last paid continuous pension.
