If you receive a surviving spouse’s pension, you should notify the Seafarer’s Pension Fund if you enter into a new marriage. If a child receiving child’s pension is adopted by someone other than the surviving spouse of the deceased or the spouse of the said surviving spouse, the adoptive parents of the child must notify us of the adoption.
