The exterior of this stunning office building overlooking the Katajanokka guest harbour represents the beautiful late Art Nouveau style.

Inside the classical exterior, however, are modern office premises for a company that values an excellent location in a maritime environment. The refurbishment, during which the entire building was modernised, was finished in autumn 2019.

The gross floor area is quite compact, 250 m², and we tailor the premises to your needs in a flexible and versatile manner. Should you need a smaller space, it is possible to divide the floor into two parts.

In connection with the refurbishment, convenient changing and shower rooms were built for use by, for example, those who cycle to work.
