You can apply for rehabilitation within the earnings-related pension system directly through the Loki online service. Complete the online rehabilitation application and attach a medical statement from your occupational health physician or another doctor treating you. We also recommend attaching your employer’s description of your work and the possibilities for adjusting your work arrangements.

If you cannot use the online service, you can apply for rehabilitation using the printable application form (ETK 2136e).

Decision on rehabilitation

We assess your entitlement to rehabilitation within the earnings-related pension system based on your application and its attachments. If the decision is positive, you will receive an advance decision confirming your entitlement to rehabilitation and an estimate of your rehabilitation allowance. The decision states how long the advance decision is valid.

A rehabilitation plan is needed

A rehabilitation plan is needed before rehabilitation can begin. If you have not already included a rehabilitation plan in your application, you must submit it to us while the advance decision is valid. We can support you in preparing the rehabilitation plan.
