The employee's pension contribution is as high as the employee's pension contribution in conformance with the Employee's Pensions Act (TyEL).

In 2022 the employee's contribution is

• 7,15 % before the age of 53 years and from the age of 62 years
• 8,65 % between ages 53-62 years

The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health ratifies yearly the percentage of employer's pension contribution. The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health ratifies yearly the percentage of employer's pension contribution.

The Ministry of Social Affairs has ratified the employer's pension contribution for 2022 to be 11,4 %.

The contributions are the same as 2020 and 2021.
