Take the survey – and be part of strengthening fairness in maritime workplaces

The Fair Shipping Culture Pilot Project is launched by the Seafarers’ Pension Fund and Finnish Shipowners’ Association, with CoHumans Oy as the expert. The project

• creates understanding on experiences of fairness and unfairness in maritime work communities
• develops concrete ways to promote a fair working culture together with pilot shipowners
  

We invite you to answer a short questionnaire on the pilot project, which will be carried out by CoHumans. The survey will take only about 15-20 minutes to complete. It includes a few open-ended questions and multiple-choice questions. The questionnaire is open until 29^th November 2024.

Your answers will help to build up an overall picture of the experiences of fairness and unfairness in maritime workplaces. This information will help the pilot project and other actors in the sector to improve working life in the maritime sector. 

Your answers will be treated as confidential and will only be processed by CoHumans’ experts. They will not be passed on as such to those who subscribe to the survey. When the results are reported, individual respondents cannot be identified. No direct identification data will be collected in the survey.
