Dear respondent, I am a final-year bachelor of maritime management student at Yrkeshögskolan Novia, and in my thesis I am exploring the importance of psychological safety in the maritime work environment. I chose this topic because I wanted to focus on something personally meaningful to me and relevant to the maritime field.

I hope to receive responses from everyone working at sea. The most comprehensive research material would come from a wide range of participants – including officers, deck crew, engine crew, and other professionals working onboard. You are welcome to participate even if you have not yet graduated, as long as you have done internships in a maritime work environment. Please feel free to share this survey with others who might be interested in the topic.
