The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has confirmed the earnings-related pension index rates for 2025.

The earnings-related pension index will increase by approximately 0,88 per cent in comparison to 2025. The new pension index is 3104. All currently paid or latest 1.12.2025 starting earnings-related pensions are adjusted according to this index. 

The wage coefficient was confirmed as 1,712, which represents an increase of about 2.33 per cent from 2025. The wage coefficient is applied to the calculation of projected earnings-related pensions. It is used to adjust the annual earnings to correspond to the level of the year when the pension begins to be drawn.
