In mid-January, the Seafarer’s Pension Fund will send pension recipients a letter containing important information about their pension. The letter includes, for example, the amount of your pension after the index adjustment, the benefits paid during the previous year, and the amount of tax withheld.

From the beginning of 2026, the letter will primarily be delivered electronically via the Loki service. A paper letter will be sent only to customers residing abroad.

If you are unable to log in to the Loki service, please contact our customer service. We can send the letter to you by post if necessary.
