The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health has confirmed the earnings-related pension index rates for 2027.

The earnings-related pension index will increase by approximately 2.58 per cent compared to 2026. The new pension index is 3184. Pensions currently in payment will be adjusted according to this index. For an earnings-related pension of EUR 2,000, the increase will be approximately EUR 52 per month.

The wage coefficient was confirmed as 1.773, which represents an increase of approximately 3.56 per cent compared to 2026. The wage coefficient is used to calculate future earnings-related pensions. It is used to adjust annual earnings to the level of the year in which the pension begins.
